Question 1: What kinds of results can I expect?

Like any marketing efforts, results do vary. Our typical restaurant client can see leads coming in for between $1-$3, and roughly 30%-40% of those leads turn into paid customers. So, results do depend on how much you are willing to invest in the ads themselves, which we recommend a starting spend of at least $500.

Question 2: How long does the onboarding process typically take?

The onboarding phase takes approximately 30 days. This process can be quicker or longer depending on how quickly you submit your onboarding form, provide us with necessary marketing assets (photos, videos, logos, etc.), and if your Meta account is already set up properly.

Question 3: Is this going to take me a lot of time to set up or manage?

Not at all! During the first 30 days while we're onboarding your account, you will need to spend a few hours that first month providing us with the materials needed. But after that, you don't need to do a thing but sit back and watch the leads flow in!

Question 4: What are the details of the 100 client guarantee?

We guarantee you 100 clients in your first 90 days of the ads launching, or your next 90 days of our services are free. You need to spend a minimum of $500/mo in ad spend on Meta. The number of customers are tracked in our CRM platform based on the number of people who signed up for your offer and clicked the redemption link, confirming they redeemed the offer.

Question 5: What's the commitment?

We ask for a 6 month minimum commitment, which turns month to month after that.

Question 6: How does the RestaurantScale System actually work?

Great question! When you sign up for your discover call, we'll send you a few videos that go over the process in detail so you know exactly how it works and what's expected of you (spoiler, very little).

Question 7: Do you offer other marketing services?

Yes! In addition to our core offer which focuses on customer acquisition on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), we do also offer Google ad services, and outbound marketing services good for catering offers.
